So we all know that Elisabeth has about a bazillion places she's lived- first with Mother in California, then with the Kresses in California, then with the Reids in Texas, then with Julie in Seattle... She has a habit of not being able to stay put, I guess. So, in honour of a new chapter being posted (chapter 20! What?) I'm also posting some of the things I've used to inspire me as I write about Elisabeth's homes.
You can probably tell which one is which. The Kresses actually have a lot more trees around their house, so you wouldn't be able to see the sky as much as you can there, and in the picture of the Reids' house, the garage is on the wrong side, and Julie doesn't have a dog or a porch like the one here, but it's pictures like these that help me get... in the groove?... as I'm writing.
Next up will probably be some of the inspiration for individual characters... I'm personally a fan of Krista, so she'll probably be first. Have a great day!
